The football team has come back from break, and has gotten right back into the grind. The team this spring will be using a new app that will help monitor weight lifting and keeping players on track in the weight room. Push is the name of the application that strength Coach Kyle Gilbert brought to the weight lifting program. The players will be required to put each rep and the amount of weight per rep into the app. This will also help players remember the workout so they won’t ask Coach Gilbert so many questions during a workout session. The app itself has 4 different modes – train, tests, timeline, and free movement. Each mode has a direct motive that will help players succeed in their workouts.
